A contractor, not a middleman
CXR Malaysia is a CIDB G5 registered contractor based in Kuala Lumpur, running five service lines across Peninsular Malaysia.
How we are set up
We started as a fencing installation specialist. Over eight years the work has come from the same place — main contractors and developers who need a perimeter closed to a date, priced per metre-run, with a crew that does not disappear when another site pays more.
The other lines grew out of that. Clients who trusted us with the fence started asking for the site works, then the labour, then the grounds. Today CXR runs five: fencing, construction, manpower supply, short-term rental management and landscaping.
Everything we need to work is ours: crews, supervisors, machinery, concrete capability, worker accommodation and transport. That is deliberate. It is what lets us mobilise to a site far from KL — the ECRL alignment in Kelantan, for instance — and still hold the programme.
The commercial side matches. Rates against defined items, measured claims by period, marked-up layouts, and progress reported daily in a form both the crew and the client can read.
