Security Fencing Malaysia
Cheng Xin Resources (M) Sdn Bhd is a CIDB G5 registered security fence contractor and supplier in Malaysia, based in Pandan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. We handle fence supply and installation for industrial, commercial, construction and residential sites across Peninsular Malaysia — anti-climb and 358 security mesh, BRC roll top and V-fence, chain link, razor and barbed wire, gabion, gates and temporary construction fencing.
Every metre is quoted against a defined detail and installed by our own CIDB-carded crews, with the footings and tie beam cast on site. Alongside fencing we deliver construction and site works, manpower supply, short-term rental management and grass cutting.
Five services, one contractor
Cheng Xin Resources is an operating contractor, not a trading company. Every metre we quote, every worker we place and every unit we manage is run by people on our own payroll.

Need more than one?
Most clients start with the fence and end up handing us the site works, the labour and the grounds as well. One contractor, one invoice, one number to call.

Kuala Lumpur and Selangor are our busiest states, but our crews are housed and transported by us, so distance from KL does not change how a job runs.
Security Fencing Kuala Lumpur
We are based in Pandan Jaya, so Kuala Lumpur is our home ground. Site walks the same week, crews on site without an overnight mobilisation, and a yard close enough to run materials out the same day.
Security Fencing Selangor
Selangor is where most of our metre-runs go in: township perimeters, factory and warehouse boundaries, solar farm enclosures and construction site fencing right across the state.
We also serve Johor Bahru, Melaka, Seremban, Penang, Ipoh, Kelantan and the rest of Peninsular Malaysia.

one contractor
no sub-let labour
Self-sufficient on every site
We bring our own everything
Own concrete, own machinery, own worker accommodation and transport. We do not queue for your batching plant and we do not stop when your plant is busy.
Progress you can verify
Daily progress reports issued in both the crew's language and yours, with panel counts and metre-runs tied to zone and plot references.
Claims that reconcile
Progressive claims prepared by period, clearly separating previously certified work from the current claim — mapped against your own site layout.

A contractor that answers for the whole job
One point of responsibility
Fence, concrete, labour and grounds under a single contract, a single supervisor and a single invoice — nothing falls between subcontractors.
Nationwide mobilisation
Crews housed and transported by us, so a site two hundred kilometres from Kuala Lumpur runs to the same programme as one in Klang Valley.
Rates you can certify
Fixed rates against defined items, measured on completion. Short commercial conversations, claims your QS can pass without argument.
Five steps, no surprises
Site walk
We walk the site with you, confirm levels, access and obstructions, and measure the work.
Rate quotation
A fixed rate against a defined scope. No provisional guesswork, no hidden extras.
Mobilisation
Crew, machinery, accommodation and materials on site, sequenced to your programme.
Execution
Works carried out zone by zone under our own supervisor, reported to you daily.
Claim & handover
Measured claim with marked-up layout, joint inspection, and defects closed out.
Eight years on Malaysian sites
MRT station perimeters for Gamuda, Gadang and WCT. Township boundaries for OSK and KLK. Development fencing for Sunway Construction and TS Lawland. Solar farm perimeters for EPC contractors. And today, works on the ECRL alignment in Kelantan.
The work keeps coming from the same place — main contractors and developers who need something closed out to a date, priced against a defined item, by a crew that does not disappear when another site pays more.

Tell us what the site needs
Send a location and a scope — a boundary length, a concrete item, a headcount or a maintenance cycle — and we come back with a rate, usually within two working days.
