Construction support that shows up
The concrete, clearing and supervised labour that keeps a fence line — or any site works package — moving.
In-situ concrete works
Footings, tie beams, aprons, kerbs and minor structures cast on site with our own mixing capability — no dependency on your plant.
Site clearing & levelling
Clearing, trimming and levelling along the works line so the run can be set out accurately the first time.
Supervised crews
CIDB-carded crews under our own supervisor, with accommodation and transport arranged by us. You get output, not a headcount to manage.
A package can be handed over whole — labour, plant, concrete, supervision and reporting — rather than assembled from three subcontractors.
Rate-based, subcontractor model
We work the way main contractors already buy: a rate against a defined item, measured on completion. Fence lines by metre-run, concrete items by unit or lumpsum, labour packages by scope.
That keeps the commercial conversation short and the claims easy to certify — which is usually why we get asked back.

ECRL — Kelantan section
Jalan Felda Bukit Jalor, Kelantan. Works on the East Coast Rail Link alignment — a federal infrastructure project, delivered to main-contractor programme and standards.
Sites like this are the clearest measure of what CXR can carry: remote-site logistics, crews housed and transported by us, and works sequenced against a main contractor's programme rather than our own convenience.
Two hundred kilometres from Kuala Lumpur, nobody is waiting for a supplier to turn up. That is why we invested in being self-sufficient.
